Clarity, Simplicity, Ease of Use along with the right price, were the main criteria we looked for when conducting research to find the best online Trust deeds, companies and other legal documents provider. And we are pleased to announce that Taxpayers Australia and Superannuation Australia have now partnered with Cleardocs, who met all of the above criteria.

Cleardocs is a simple, effective online system for creating and managing legal and related documents. You answer simple questions to personalise the documents with the relevant details and to tailor them to suit your needs. They are then emailed directly to your desktop - in a matter of minutes.

The cost  is also significantly lower than those of other providers - and there is no set-up fee, no licence fee and no subscription fee.

* Available to NEW Cleardocs customers only

We have negotiated a deal whereby when you buy your first Cleardocs legal document, you automatically qualify to receive your second document absolutely FREE to, for example, create a SMSF deed or register a real company with ASIC (not including optional delivery and ASIC fees).

Maddocks and free legal helpline

All Cleardocs master documents are signed off by the Top-20 law firm Maddocks, who also provide a free legal helpline in relation to the documents.

Your first legal document can be purchased here.

Taxpayers Australia Inc receives an agreed payment from Cleardocs for each sale generated under this third party alliance. The revenue received is applied to maintain and improve the Association’s member services and to minimise, as far as possible, any increases in the cost of membership. All marketing costs in promoting these services to Taxpayers Australia and Superannuation Australia members are borne by the individual program partner.
