Alliance

Taxpayers Australia has had a business alliance with Castle Corporate since 1999, providing a simple, high quality and competitively priced trust deed service to meet the needs of Australians running a self managed superannuation fund.

Products

Through Castle Corporate, Superannuation Australia is able to provide its members with a range of associated trust deed services in either standard or deluxe offerings. Initial deeds, various update services to reflect changes to superannuation law, replacement deeds and deeds of variation to accommodate transitions to or from particular trustee situations are available.
Castle Corporate deeds offer a balance between not being too prescriptive, thus avoiding a need for frequent updating and not being too generic which would otherwise call for greater trustee expertise of both the SIS Act and associated Regulations.

Member discounts

Trust deed services are available to members and non-members alike, however members receive discounted prices.

Other Castle Services

In addition to providing a comprehensive superannuation trust deed service, Castle Corporate also provides professional services, with the provision of business structures and registration and formation of companies and trusts. More recently, Castle Legal was formed offering professional business law and tax advice services rounding out Castle Corporate's other business activities.

Our alliance with Castle Corporate has strengthened and evolved on the basis of its professional, timely and competitively priced offerings that are intended to benefit our members.
