In the past, the Unit Trust that Cleardocs provided was a "fixed" unit trust.  Now we give you a choice of both "fixed" and "non-fixed" unit trusts - the difference is explained here.

Change of Trustee documents for SMSFs $137.50
 
Cleardocs now offers Change of Trustee documents for SMSF's.  You can use the Change of Trustee package to:

• replace individual trustees with a corporate trustee
• replace a corporate trustee with individual trustees
• remove trustees
• retire trustees
• add trustees.
